These differences reflect the authenticity and individuality of each design and are not considered defects.​

Tarnish & Care:
Sun Strung jewelry is tarnish-resistant but not tarnish-proof.
A transparent protective coating helps slow oxidation, but proper care is essential.
Avoid exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged sunlight.
Store in a dry space when not in use.

Returns & Exchanges:
Because each piece is handmade to order, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Eligible cases may qualify for repair or replacement.

Repair:
Repairs may be available for everyday wear or accidental damage; however, many damages may be irreparable unless the piece is completely remade.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (to and from the studio) as well as any applicable repair or remake fees.

Please allow 7–12 business days for processing before shipment.
This timeline allows me to hand-string, assemble, and package every item individually.

Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking is provided via email once your order leaves the studio.

Free Shipping: on orders $100 and up

International:
